Rental Policies
$250.00 Reservation Fee/security deposit due within 15 days to hold reservation. Rent, $750 ($500 winter) security deposit , 10 % bed tax, and $95.00 cleaning fee due 30 days before check-in to confirm reservation. Reservation fee and payment can be made by credit card on this rental.
$750 ($500 winter) security deposit and reservation fee (less any damage or lost key charges) is refunded after stay. $250 Reservation fee is forfeit if reservation is canceled.
