Rental Policies
$350.00 Reservation Fee due within 7 days to hold reservation. Rent, $1500 Security deposit, 10 % bed tax, and $185 cleaning fee due 30 days before check-in to confirm reservation.
$350 Reservation fee and $1500 security deposit (less any damage or lost key charges) are refunded after stay. $350 Reservation fee is forfeit if reservation is canceled.
