Rental Policies

$250 Reservation fee due within 15 days to hold reservation. Rent, $500 security deposit, 10 % bed tax, and $120 cleaning fee due 30 days before check-in to confirm reservation.

$250 Reservation fee and $500 security deposit (less any damage or lost key charges) are refunded after stay. $250 Reservation fee is forfeit if reservation is canceled.
