Although it's cottage is rumored to have been the old railroad station, today's Dorrance Depot R&R is all about Rest and Relaxation.

Unit B, a newly remodeled 1500 square foot townhouse located at the rear of the property, has three bedrooms, with 1.5 baths, garage parking, a very private patio, and magnificent southeast views of the local mountains and sunrise

Rental Rate Notes

Holiday/Premium rates are $1350 per week. Winter rental of more than three months drops the monthly rate to and renter pays utilities. Weekend day rates are for Friday & Saturday.

Rental Policies

$250.00 Reservation Fee/security deposit due within 15 days to hold reservation. Rent, $750 ($500 winter) security deposit , 10 % bed tax, and $140.00 cleaning fee due 30 days before check-in to confirm reservation. Reservation fee and payment can be made by credit card on this rental.

$750 ($500 winter) security deposit and reservation fee (less any damage or lost key charges) is refunded after stay. $250 Reservation fee is forfeit if reservation is canceled.
