Go for a bike ride, watch the kids play in the ocean, or soak up some sun while you read a great book. When evening comes snuggle into the comfy couches or sit in the wooden chairs on the front deck and watch the sun set on the water with NOTHING in the way of your view. Then you can walk into town for dinner or an ice cream. You'll easily find your way home, just follow the sound of the surf.

Rental Rate Notes

Winter holiday/Premium weekly rates may apply. Weekend day rates are for Friday & Saturday. Please note a sand berm constructed to protect ocean front homes obstructs ocean views between late November and late April.

Rental Policies

$350.00 Reservation fee due within 15 days to hold reservation. Rent, $1000 security deposit, 10 % City of Carpinteria Occupancy Tax, and $175.00 cleaning fee due 5 weeks before check-in to confirm reservation. Reservation fee can be credited toward final payment.

$1000 security deposit and reservation fee (less any damage or lost key charges) is refunded after stay. $350 Reservation fee is forfeit if reservation is canceled.
